To Follow, or not to Follow

As an avid Tweeter, I’m often intrigued by the back-and-forth created in the world of followers and followees. Every morning, I wake up to a host of new followers, some relevant and others, not.

Today was no different, I got 2 email notifications telling me that I have 2 new followers. As always I clicked the link to visit their respective profiles. In an instant, I had decided which one to follow back and which one to leave off.

I would have usually gone on my way but today was different, I stepped back for a moment to think about why I had chosen (and so hastily at that) whom to follow.
